What a joy it was to see Heather and Maggie last week! They have been coming to Shady Gables for tea since they were 4 years old! They are now 12! They have grown into such lovely young ladies, but then, I knew they would! They were exceptional little children. Very well behaved and lady-like! And they had very grown-up tea preferences. Maggie was so accustomed to having proper tea that the first time she was presented with a tea bag (at another establishment, of course!), her mother says she did not even know what to do with it! She was only familiar with properly brewed loose leaf tea! I am so proud to know them and to call them my friends!
