My Birthday!

I was born on a Friday the 13th and this year my birthday happened to fall on a Friday again. I had such a wonderful day thanks to my wonderful staff, friends and family! Here is a photo of me with my Aunt Regina (Jeanne), Juli, Wanda and Jeannie Lutman. Aunt Regina, Wanda and Jeannie are my kitchen staff extraordinaire. I was spoiled with a custom made cake by Jeannie Lutman. She has over 30 years experience as a professional cake decorator! The top photo is a picture of me with my serving staff, all lined up on the front staircase in Shady Gables. My mom stopped by to help make my birthday special too. Even though she is 1900 miles away, My daughter Ashley, made my day special by having Princess Belle call me from Disney World! My best friend Cheryl and I shared a lovely afternoon tea and she made me a beautiful beaded necklace! I am so very blessed. Thank you to everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday in the shop and everyone who sent me such beautiful cards! Now you know why I am not a superstitious person... Who says Friday the 13th is bad luck!
